J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Indiana University Health (Indianapolis, IN) en sept. 2015

      Entretien

It was one over the phone interview and two in-person interviews. I met everyone that I'd be working with and they were very transparent about the job itself. It was a pretty standard interview process, nothing really unexpected.

      Question 1

We went through my resume together. I could tell they had definitely read it and asked very detailed questions about my past experience.

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Indiana University Health en nov. 2023

      Entretien

I applied for this position online through the IU careers website and by the next day, I had an email from a recruiter asking to answer four questions before a possible interview. The following week I was reached out by the the hiring manager to do a virtual interview with herself and another team member. This one had relatively basic interview questions. Pretty responsive as I was the last interviewee and would know by the end of the day about another interview with the full team. For the second team interview, it was virtual as well. I met with the team and it was a round-robin style of questions. This interview felt more like a conversation about learning team dynamics and bringing up my past work experiences. I was informed I would get an email from the hiring manager about the next steps. I was unaware if that was it or another interview. The following week, I learned that I was a finalist candidate for a third interview where a job offer might come up. This one included a writing test (skill assessment) and was completed using a Word document they provided where based on facts write a short article of 300 words. The following section had an article that needed proofreading and to track your changes. This had to be completed within three days. For the final interview, I was unsure of what questions or topics would come up to prepare for. The interview was virtual and I met with the hiring manager and a previous team member. They split questions and one was more technical questions about processes how I would start and what tools to use on a project. The other side was more broad questions that focused on how I work with others and what my thought process is on projects or working with others. The next step after the interview would be informing me of their decision by the end of the week. This was a remote position so all the interviews were virtual. All communication was done through emails and no phone calls. The employer was very responsive on time. Every person was very easy to talk to and it did not feel like a normal interview experience where you are being judged or looked down on.

      Questions d'entretien [1]

Why are you interested in this position? What have you learned in your current role that you think will prepare you for this role? What areas do you think you’d need more support with in transitioning to this role? What are your compensation expectations? How have you approached someone in the company that you have no prior experience working or talking with?
