I had an interview with a panel that lasted an hour. Everyone was nice and the position was appealing. I was told I was the first choice and that an offer was being written up. A few weeks later I was told they changed their mind. No real reason was given.

Additionally, they wanted to know about my role in team settings and how I collaborated with others to achieve our goals. The interview felt like an in-depth discussion about my professional journey
