Hiring process is internal and you most be a current regular consultant to be brought aboard for an interview. On average at least 2 people will interview you and it lasts around 45/hour.
Questions on generally about troubleshooting and situations where you needed to assist someone. Part of the interview is hands on and revolves walking the panel through solving an issue with a testing laptop
