Had a phone screen with the recruiter. Was told they were just looking for a good fit with the team etc and that I was being submitted to the hiring manager for a panel zoom call with her and the team. Recruiter said she would follow up with me if I didn't hear back that week. I emailed the recruiter the following week asking for an update and received a generic "thank you for applying" rejection email from the ATS.
