There was a Group Discussion on the day of Interview. Eliminated 20% of the interviewees through this process. Then came interview in the afternoon. Most of the questions were basics of electrical engineering ( Basic Electrical engineering, machines and power systems)

it was good. they asked alot about personal and professional interest. They are checking adaptability and confidence level. Mostly asked about short-term and long term goals and how i can contribute to the organization.
