Entretien
5 day interview including personal , psychological, mental, analytic, decision making, group tasks, group discussions, team work and overall fitness. This is followed by full body medicals including eyesight and other major organs check. Post merit of marks obtained the individual is shortlisted and then recruited as a trainee.The success rate is 2-5 % and at times its even zero.
