Hello mam,
There were 2 rounds in my interview , first round personal interview in group of 15 peoples, n 2 nd round all our documents were collected n one form is provided to us to fill up total students selected were 5 . N one by one all were called up for again personal interview...n he told me in the end you can go, once I hv came outside unasked the person who was standing outside any other round s there he told me now u can go , they will inform you through mail and call I m so confused please suggest

The interview round is very good. They are very helpful. They communicate clearly. Don't be nervous while answering. Keep a smile, and confidence in your face. Be positive in front of them.
They regularly keep their recruitment drive, but they rarely give offer. Their offer is entirely based on their mood. However you perform good, it entirely depends on their mood of instance. I once attended the interview, they again mailed me to join the interview which was the same round. But we may think it might be for the next round, but it isnt. They do this mistake often, and they don't value our time. Their interview process is too slow. You may plan for a day, but as they late their process, sometimes you have to sacrifice your plans for the next day too.

Waste of time. Lack of communication. Very lengthy. Had to go very far to give interview.
Very impatient panel and also were rude.
Requires more clarity in info while inviting for interviews.
Just have to know about company and be confident
