First step was applying online, Then a phone screen with the Recruiter. A face to face interview with a supervisor and then a second with the Director. References were then completed. Offer was made and then my background check was completed along with a drug test. I came into the office and completed all my paperwork work prior to my start date and then Orientation on my first day.
