J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Independence Blue Cross (Philadelphia, PA) en janv. 2011
Entretien
The interview was pretty basic. They asked the typical Business Analyst questions: What's the difference between functional and business requirements, how do you set up a JAD session, what type of requirements have you developed, what are the different sections of a requirements document; a few situational/behavioral type questions. What are the different phases of the SDLC? What kind of diagrams have I worked with? What are the advantages of Use Cases V.S. Requirements document? Who is the Use Case better for and why? What are the different types of diagrams? There were two Interviewers and they both asked straight forward questions. My delivery was not smooth so I did not come off confident enough so I did not get the position.

The interview lasted 30-40 minutes. I've talked to a few people from team, manager, and HR. Overall, my experience was positive. They didn't ask questions like "What are your goals in 5 years" etc. All questions were related to my background and experience I had.
