The call center in which I worked was opening a new unit. I previously served as the trainer of that unit. I approached the hiring manager regarding my interest in the position. Within three days I was contacted by HR and told that I would be interviewed by the hiring manager & director. The interviews took place as stated. I was offered the job 2 days latter.

Small conference room, discussed opp with Director and manager. The opportunity was discussed with options to accept. The challenges were discussed, what I might do to resolve. What and how would I do to resolve personality challenges. What would I do to promote good work.
