The first round was no brainer, a screening by HR. The second was the manager round and finally a client servicing round. Finally HR offer discussion round if selected.

Lack of clear thinking and decision making. After several rounds of interview and receiving a confirmation that I was selected, I was not given the offer. Later, I was just informed they're not proceeding forward.
