Possibly one of the worst interview experiences I’ve experienced. To begin, the initial contact scheduled, forgot, and re-scheduled the screening call more than a few times which displayed a lack of respect to a possible new member of the team and poor communication/time management skills. Throughout the process, the CEO was assertive and got straight to the point which at the time I respected. Lastly, at the final stage they provided a case (instructions had quite a few spelling and grammatical errors). The presentation itself was constructive (again both were late), however, towards the end the CEO was very frustrated and unprofessional. I answered the questions with grace even though she was raising her voice and thanked them both for their time. I never received a follow up. At the third round of interviews and amount of hours spent, it is unprofessional and distasteful to not even send a rejection email. In light of this experience, it’s learnt to trust your gut on first impressions.
