First Interview: I had a Phone Screening interview, was basic and general. After two weeks I was told that I made it to the next stage of the interview process with Indeed. Second Interview : The second interview was via zoom. The interviewer was very friendly and professional, I enjoyed the interview. After three days I was told I passed to the third interview. Third interview: It was via zoom. The interviewer was very qualified in her career. I had negative vibes from the interviewer. I felt like she was angry, bored, or maybe tired. I really didn't feel comfortable like my previous interviews and I knew she didn't like me. I was rejected, which is fine but waited nearly 2 weeks to know that. The whole interview process took one month and a week. Basically, most of the interviews nowadays are depending on the interviewer. In that case, it matter of luck more than knowledge and experience. The interview process was organised in an extremely professional manner. Joe & William from the recruitment team completely put my mind at ease in the lead up to the interviews and provided loads of interview preparation material. The interviews themselves felt like more of an informal chat than an interview which was amazing as it allows you to completely relax and be yourself. Overall one of the best interview processes I have done to date.
