Communication and professionalism exactly what you would me looking for in any interview process. Initial interview with HR rep, followed by a 30 minute interview with a team member. In this interview you are asked a sql question. After that phase it was a 2 and a half hour interview with several team members.

The recruiter reached out via Indeed. I replied and we quickly set up a phone call. Then, I had a call with the hiring manager and moved on to a 5 round interview with people in the department.

Quick chat about any questions I had and then an exercise examining how I would approach a problem. It was very informal and I was out at ease the entire time. Very pleasant but challenging experience
