I was referred by an internal employee and was contacted by the “Inside Indeed Talent” team - Scheduled a 25 interview with one of their recruiters. As far as the process, everything was pretty standard. The negative part was really my experience with the interviewer. To start the interviewer was about 8 minutes late to the call. While the interviewer was professional and clear and set expectations as to how the call would go, the whole conversation was really robotic as if the interviewer was just going through the motions - not very engaging or seemingly even disinterest in conducting the interview. The interview ended pretty shortly after a couple of standard questions. The whole interview lasted probably about 20 minutes (including the almost 8 minutes of tardiness). Surprisingly disappointed with the experience - Perhaps if it was another interviewer I would feel differently.
