The interview was quite straight forward. The interviewers were on the CS team and were quite welcoming and reassuring which made me feel more comfortable to answer the questions. It felt more like a pleasant conversation as to an interview. It was by far one of the most pleasant interviews I've done so far.

Entretien
I applied online after seeing the opening on LinkedIn and was shortly after contacted for a screen by an internal recruiter. I passed this screen and within a week or so was invited to a first interview, which was a 30-minute presentation followed by some questions with a manager in both Client Success, and the partnered Account Management team. All seemed to go well and I was told I would hear back from my recruiter. I heard nothing for a month, except the couple of times I reached out to my recruiter, who advised that they had heard nothing from the hiring managers, until over a month had lapsed. Then I received a generic rejection email with no feedback, which does not feel fair after my time and efforts.

The video interview was placed through the Indeed platform, which is very convenient, but the interviewer had an issue with the internet connection and I could not understand some replicas as the words were breaking. Also, it would be good to receive a reply as promised, even if it's negative. That is just totally not polite, I was expecting more from Indeed to be honest.
