J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 6 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Indeed (Austin, TX) en mai 2021
Entretien
I had 8 interviews with 11 different people over 6 weeks for this position. I really respect the commitment to finding the right person for this team because it benefits not only them, but me in the long run. However, I felt like I was interviewing to be CEO of this company rather than for a fairly entry level position. First, I had a quick phone call with a recruiter, then a 30 minute meeting with a team member, an hour with a hiring manager, 3 separate (hour long each) interviews with various team members, and 2 final follow up interviews. Six weeks is actually fairly quick given that I did 8 interviews. I only interviewed for 4 weeks and the final 2 were spent waiting for a response. The responsiveness between each interview was pretty fast as well. For my last interview, I felt as if I completely bombed it. I was told I would hear back the following Monday (4 days later). The following Thursday rolled around and I still had not heard anything, so I emailed the recruiter who said it would be another couple of days. Another week rolled around and still nothing. Considering how badly I had done in the last interview and given the wait (they had always been so quick to respond until then), I was positive that they had started looking for other people. I finally heard back that I received the position 2 weeks after my final interview. Interviewing was fairly easy up until the last one, which was a lot of "what would you do in this situation" type questions. Every one was so nice and easy to converse with, which is why I got so down during the 2 weeks I thought I wouldn't get it. They basically just wanted every one on the team to meet me to see if I would fit in well, since it was a relatively small team. The interviews themselves were fairly easy. They just wanted to know my experience, all about my last job, and my future aspirations. It all just felt as if they were getting to know me and not judging me per usual interviews. I am only considering the interview as "difficult" because of the number of interviews that I had to do as well as the time spent. Indeed is not a place that you apply for a "quick hire" or as just an option. You have to be 100% committed to getting the job and remain enthusiastic through weeks of interviews, which is extremely difficult. Every one was so nice and welcoming, and the recruiter was an absolute rockstar!

The process is fairly straightforward. Phone screening, video interview with hiring manager, and then an assessment. I believe there's an in office interview following that, but I didn't get that far.
If I could offer any advice on the interview process it would be to explicitly say things that are obvious in the assessment. I wasn't offered the position according to HR because I didn't say things that were heavily implied by responses.
I followed up for clarification, but never received a response.
