It was a straight-forward interview. I had a call with a recruiter to discuss the role then was moved on to an interview with the hiring manager. The interview with the hiring manager required me to talk through a project I worked on and my design process. I was lucky to be moved onto the next stage of the interview, which required me to do a design challenge at home before presenting my designs to a panel of UX designers.
The overall interview process was smooth, the UX designers gave me feedback on my design challenge and the recruiter was super helpful along the process.

Though I didn't advance in interview process, I received valuable feedback and the manager mentioned he would stay in contact. I am new to the design field and the role I interviewed for required 3 years experience, but I was offered an opportunity to interview, which I greatly appreciated.

Complete waste of time. String you on with various design challenges and panel interviews over a span of 6 months. Where salary expectations were clearly communicated during the initial conversations with the lead recruiter. In the end, received a lowball offer. Stay away.
