Applied and had a phone screen with a recruiter who said she would move my application forward and I would hear by the hiring manager the next week. I asked how long the overall hiring process would take and was told two weeks from start to finish. I never heard from the hiring manager and was ghosted by the recruiter. Followed up several times throughout the month asking if I was still being considered and got a non answer from the recruiter. Extremely unprofessional and absolutely terrible experience overall for a company that "helps people get jobs." Please be professional and transparent with your candidates.
