Exploratory call : very organic and pleasant. I was presented with a clear vision and different opportunities that were compatible with my profile. Instantly I felt understood by JS who not only was able to address some of the issues with my current job but also convinced me that Incloud would be a motivating environment for me. Interview : This interview never really felt like one. All the questions and answers were given in a free flowing format, identical in tone and feel to a regular call with a colleague. I finished the interview feeling like I was already somewhat part of the team which was really nice.
