I applied and was offered an interview almost immediately. I met firstly with HR and had a brilliant first interview. I was made to feel very relaxed and we chatted for at least an hour so I left feeling very positive and was then invited for a second interview a few days later. This gave me the opportunity to meet with Senior Management and I was made to feel just as relaxed and welcomed as my first interview. Although they hadn't met me, they were very understanding of certain issues I had and were quick to discuss how this could be supported if I were to join the team which immediately made me feel secure, and if I was offered a position I would feel supported. Both interviews were excellent, and the conversation flowed very naturally which made a huge difference and took away that interview anxiety!
