Great people and company but very long interview process for an entry level job. They are really looking for the right personality fit - someone who is team oriented, drive, and love to help others.6 rounds with a behavioral exam.

I initially applied to be an account manager since it’s in my background, but my first screening call with the recruiter I was told I would start as a recruiter. The call went well and was quick then had a 2nd interview with the same recruiter via teams. It was longer and was a behavioral question interview. I was then told a week after that interview I would move on to the 3rd to speak with 2 hire ups in my city via teams. I thought it went great, but I had to wait another week to find out i’m not chosen to move forward. I asked the recruiter why they didn’t choose me and their answer was “we decided to choose someone else”. The interview process was long. It took 4 weeks to find out I did not get the job. Keep in mind my resume and job history is more than just entry level and that is what this job is. Entry level. I was told during my interview they liked my answers and I feel like I got my hopes up. Don’t waste your time.

The interview process was very thorough. First there was a prescreen phone call, followed by a teams video meeting with the onboarding manager, and then an in person with a senior recruiter, senior account manager, and the recruiting manager. I felt like I was an incredibly strong candidate. I went into the in person interview where I confidently answered questions, was engaged, and asked enticing questions myself. I received a phone call after I had sent some follow up emails, being told they would not be extending an offer to me, but I received no feedback as to why they passed on me for the position. Once you hit a certain point in what feels like the final step before a process, and then get told they will not be giving you an offer, I feel like it should be some courtesy to at least let the person know why they didn't get chosen. This was very disappointing considering I was incredibly excited about the possible opportunity. Good luck to anyone who interviews.
