5 rounds (!) of interviews including a multi-hour personality assessment. Opted out of hiring process due to conflicts of interest with unethical clients. This could have and should have been a simpler process.

Required 4-5 weekly interviews on site at their Flatiron headquarters, including a personality assessment. Was asked to defend personality assessment scores & seemingly ambiguous results. CEO indicated he held no ethical qualifications for accepting clients/ would work for anyone regardless of corporate values.
