Grammar test, then 1-1 interview, then panel interview . The HR and interviewing manager are helpful. Even the panel was not scary. Overall smooth experience. i would recommend applying here.

I applied online and after almost 3 days appeared for the interview After a telephone round, you appear for a grammer test at the office. Then they ask you to write 3 articles and send via mail. I think more than your interview, they judge you. I was excited to be a part of the company.

Entretien
HR will take first round, specific team/specialisation related person will take second round and a panel from diff teams takes the third round. this is done only after you are clearly told about your role, about the company. finally, you will be able to meet the ceo and have a chat - this i think happened because the ceo was free during that time. it is not like an official, formal interview but a relaxed process where you get to interact with people from Incnut.
