I was showed all the steps and procedures of the business. I was very informed with all the tasks I would be facing and I had a great experience when I first started because of how involved the recruiter was. I had a 1 on 1 interview process with the recruiter which I personally liked a lot because of the direct attention to what the job. Sometimes you have a group interview which I strongly dislike. I was very pleased with everything.
