Interview with recruiter was a positive experience and informative. Scheduled virtual interview with Department Leader. Interview was awkward and involved rating myself on a 1-5 scale. Interviewer checked out quickly but went through motions. Received a rejection letter with no explanation shortly after. Second interview turned the experience into a negative.
