Very professional. One phone interview with the recruitor and an in-depth review of my portfolio with the UX team. Phone interview was a half hour, in person was an hour. This was very no-nonsense which is why I took the job. They asked smart questions and didn’t try to make me do a ‘test’ project, as is unfortunately too common these days. I was hired on the merit of my portfolio and I accepted because they were knowledgeable about UX and respectful enough not to waste me time with trite recruiting gimmicks.
