Phone Interview followed by on-site interview - Background and technical questions during the phone interview - Some programming during the on-site interview; Senior manager from U.S. headquarters was teleconferenced The issue is that in spite of answering the questions very well per my impression and per feedback from interviewer - they have NEVER got back to me with any feedback. This is an unacceptable attitude after already having phone - as well as onsite - interviews.
