The interview was a call with a recruiter and followed by a call with the manager. It was a smooth process and employees were nice and straight up about the expectations
Okay but overall kind of disorganized if I'm being real. Waited way too long to hear between first call and second. I think that the questions asked were reasonable, but the process was kind of frustrating.

Entretien
Very laid back and over the phone interviews. Portray confidence and talk about metrics and a strong track record. They also do their recruiting through a staffing agency. The staffing agency is very professional and have high success rates. They are very communicative and follow up consistently to make sure you’re prepared for each round of the process.
