The interview process included 3 parts (i.e. 1st round interview with HR, written tasks, and 2nd round interview with 2 senior staff in Toronto office) and all of them were carried out online. The first round interview was about some general interview questions while the written assignment and the second interview focused more on professional skills. The latter interview asked 2 in-depth questions related to the written trial tasks, which was a little bit challenge, but it in turn gave me an opportunity to understand the responsbilities of this position better.
Additionally, I was required to provide 3 references to do reference check.
The whole interview process was quite intensive but every step was clearly and went smoothly.
