They provide a test to complete a house design in revit. The problem statement is extremely messed up and the company is unorganized. They barely have decent interviewers. Very poorly planned tests though it is not as difficult. There was a long waiting period of around 8 hours where i was the only candidate.

Revit skill test followed by personal interview by principal architect. The principal architect makes you feel comfortable and gives you ample of time to express your views on questions asked.
