Applied online. The HR contacted (called) me on sunday!! ... just pathetic.... !!... I spoke with HR regarding the role. After I spoke with HR, one fine evening from NOWHERE, the hiring manager called me without even scheduling the interview !!!!!!!!!..... EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL and initially started asking me about my resume...... then here comes the real story. From NOWHERE, the manager starts asking RANDOM TECHNICAL questions !!! and In the end just expects some great answers!!!..... In fact, ignores the fact of good experience and judges the candidate on impromptu answers !!!.... RIDICULOUS behaviour......

Straight forward and direct, with more focus on technical stuff. Being role specific there were questions about the different types of projects taken part in and the types of software tools used and the level of knowledge of them.
