I referred my resume through employee. Got a telephone interview schedule after two weeks of followup. Was told that its not a interview but screening process of my resume. Interviewer gave info about the apps in the organization which includes pretty intense apps like Web Sphere MQ Etc., Was told it will require lot of SOA App design experience which I dont have. Questions were asked about the Architectural principles; capcaity planning etc., Overall it was a good experience - I dont expect to get a call back.
