It is a two round interview process. First interview is with the shift manager and the second one with the store manager. All in person interviews. Some location has group interviews but not the one I was at
The interview was a simple one. But it was a group interview with two other candidates. Two of us got hired so we weren't competing against each other or anything. Easygoing, straightforward.
