Pretty laid back and straightforward interview, felt more like a conversation. Questions were easy to answer and the person conducting the interview was nice, friendly, and informative about the restaurant and business.

it was cool honestly... i enjoyed the whole process of it. they usually just ask simple questions and let you share genuinely. i was dissapointed with the follow up process

Entretien
In N Out Burger was my first job and my first interview ever. The first interview you met with a manager and were interviewed in a group setting with 4-5 applicants sitting next to you. If chosen, you move on to a final interview with the head of the store or one of the other higher ups.
