It went pretty smoooth, i got interviewed by the shift manager and we had a nice conversation. We talked for around 30 minutes and at the every end he asked if i wanted to come in for a second interview and i said yes. The following the I went there and -

It was pretty good, though they made me wait a bit long. I got in and they asked me about myself and past experiences. They asked about my availability and why would Iw want to work at this company.

it was cool honestly... i enjoyed the whole process of it. they usually just ask simple questions and let you share genuinely. i was dissapointed with the follow up process

Entretien
In N Out Burger was my first job and my first interview ever. The first interview you met with a manager and were interviewed in a group setting with 4-5 applicants sitting next to you. If chosen, you move on to a final interview with the head of the store or one of the other higher ups.
