Application, Interview, Second Interview, they take you outside and interview you on the patio. Took around fifteen minutes, friendly interviewer, very professional. Application is very brief, interview is not as long as you'd expect.

It was nice, the interviewer was very happy, and the questions weren't too hard. After a bit, it just became like a normal conversation about our interests. For my first interview, it wasn't bad at all!
