The recruiter reached out within a couple of days of submission. I was invited to a Zoom interview. The recruiter was 15 minutes late, poorly versed on the job, and clearly unprepared. Overall she was nice and left and okay impression, but I was out of state with no intention of relocating, so I withdrew.
