First I had a call with an HR to discuss the company and available opportunities. Second I had a call with the Head of Data to describe the job and ensure that my expectations were aligned with what they propose. Third, I had a call with other data scientists with a live assignment. This is the second time that I have this kind of exercise: I was given a task and then the interviewers left me to work on it and came back after to discuss my solution. I found this format nice as it is less time consuming than a home assignment and less stressing than an assignment where the interviewer stays in the room and looks over my shoulder. Finally, I asked to meet my future colleagues and Implicity offered me to have lunch in their offices.
