Entretien
Simple process. Consists of two rounds.
1st Round: On Campus interview. Completely behavioral. STAR format answers were required.
2nd Round: At Calgary Head Office. Imperial oil pays for everything. Consists of interview with four different project managers. Interview buddy is assigned who takes out for lunch/dinner and to the interviewers.

Overall it was a lengthy full day interview process for an entry level role. They asked all standard behavioral questions, somewhat repetitious. Must answer in STAR. Very friendly employees and interviewers,
