The first phone interview (screening) was with HR. She was very sweet, listening to my answers, asking a very clear questions. It was a great interview that make feel comfortable. The second phone interview, which was with the HM, he was rude, inpatient and not paying attention to my answers. His questions weren't clear, a general concept example or a definition of the technical concept. First time that this happen to me. One of his questions was an example of a non conformance/investigation, I proceed to give him an example with the enough details and no giving away previous companies details. Then he interrupted me in a rude manner to clarify that what he was asking is what techniques we were using in the non conformance. I proceed to explain the different general techniques in the investigation and then he interrupted me again to clarify that he wants to know the details of the investigation and the results. In general, it was a very uncomfortable, rude interview with no tolerance of the answers. Hope that all the managers in that company are not like that.
