Very straight forward and simple overall. Know why you want to get a position at that company and what the requirements are. Also know a little about the company as well.
Quite a number of rounds of interview with peers, hiring mgr and mgmt etc.... The interviewer was quite candid and also try to align the expectation of the job which is good.

It takes a long time due to the series of stages but it feels very systematic and strategic with no feeling of procrastination at all. The HR communiated clearly with no need of questioning on anything while keeping respectful security. The internship interview process contributes to the positive image of the company overall.
