I applied following a career fair at my university. They got back to me for a phone screening after two weeks to discuss an interview. This involved a couple technical questions about my field just to make sure I wasn't completely incompetent. They called me back after a week to confirm an interview date.
The interview process lasted about four hours. It involved a group activity with other interns of other fields to observe how well you work in teams. We also had to give a presentation on a random subject. The one-on-one interview followed. Overall, it was actually a really interesting experience.

Question 1
All of my questions were standard behavioral questions that can be found on the internet.
Virtual interview, I didn't get to talk to a real person, had to record all of my answers with a time limit, it was a horrible process and there was very little human communication
The first step was an audio-only hirevue that allowed two attempts. After passing that, there were two video call interviews with team members for a total of around 90 minutes give or take.

Weird video interview where they asked me "How would you explain to a 6-year-old why the sky is orange at sunset." The other question I don't remember but was equally strange for a 2-question video interview. It felt very impersonal.
