Entretien
I was first called by a supervisor, ~35 min phone interview, on a Tuesday. It was a very technical interview, it was difficult and I wasn't necessarily prepared for that. I was then contacted by a recruiter, that Friday, who spoke about the company, benefits, and said that I would hear by the middle of the next week no matter what the decision was. Finally, I had an 1 hour phone interview with a Sr HR manager, the following Monday, who asked technical and behavioral questions. He asked a lot of questions that he said afterwards there was no right answer and he didn't expect one. I still haven't heard back (a week later) and I haven't sent an inquiry email yet either.

I had a phone screen with HR, and it was pretty straightforward. However, they needed someone to start earlier than I could, so unfortunately, it didn't work out. Despite that, the overall experience was relatively relaxed and pleasant.
International video conference Interview in English with the person from HR in USA, Michel Pitre that make an interview without to see my resume. Maybe I was select by a robot and send to him. He said will get contact with me and pass thru my resume to Brazil as soon as possible but 3 or 4 days after I receved a Standard answer I was not selected for that position.

Basicly was asked to me to talk about my experience in the area of Field Service and if I know the company.
Microsoft Teams meeting, interview was led directly by hiring manager. It was a standard interview with behavioral questions. Everyone was friendly and professional and I sensed they have high standards that a prospective Illumina employee should fulfill.
