Entretien
Two phone screens followed by five or so 30 to 60 minute on site interviews. These were broken into the generic HR, department lead, employee fit, technical competency interviews. Most interviewers made use of the behavioral interview process.

For this position, no real unexpected questions. Technical questions involved some electrical knowledge, process, problem solving. Standard behavioral questions asked- 'tell me about a time...'

The interviewers are very friendly. They have provided me with a very detailed explanation of the job positions as well as their experience and company culture. They also ensure that I am okay with the shift work and interested in the role after the explanation of the job position.

Overall average. Soft and patience interviewer, a lot of mind playing and practical questions. They will challenge on the answer that you gave to them, but in a manner way.
