Started with an HR phone screening, then an interview with the hiring manager, and then a panel interview with four senior stakeholders. Usual behavioral interview, how you did this and that, how did you solve this and that, nothing special. However, I had the feeling that nobody is interested in me, I even had to ask if they want me to introduce myself, otherwise they just directly started asking questions, it was very weird and unpleasant from the first minute. I really liked the role and I thought it was perfect fit, however, I was hoping they would not select me after the last round, as it would have been a tough decision. About a week after the third interview I got the usual auto-generated thanks, but no thanks e-mail, no feedback, or anything useful.
