Illumetek does not encourage or tolerate the kind of behavior outlined in this review. The other Illumetek employee present in the interview was equally shocked by the line of questioning and combative style presented by their peer and addressed it immediately with upper management. The individual in question is no longer with Illumetek. Our culture is extremely important to us, we work on it every day, and when we don’t get it right we take the proper steps to fix it. Culture is not just about what it’s like to go to work everyday - it’s how you treat your prospective employees, current employees, customers, vendors, strategic partners. At Illumetek we understand that you get the culture you deserve and cultivate. I sincerely apologize to this reviewer for her experience. It was a complete waste of her time.
