- Small growing company - Bosses (on the surface) seemed personable - People looked overworked & tired in the office - Didn't feel the boss knew what they were looking for in this position - Pay rate was also in line for a smaller company. Looking for a candidate with more experience and will pay a lot less salary-wise.
