In a recent interview for a Product Reliability Assurance (PRA) role at ABC Corporation, the process involved four rounds, each focusing on different aspects of reliability and problem-solving skills. The initial technical screening began with HR, where I discussed my background, projects, and familiarity with reliability concepts, touching on key metrics like MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) and MTTR (Mean Time to Repair). In subsequent rounds, the questions became more technical and scenario-based; one senior engineer presented a product failure case in a high-usage environment and asked how I would investigate and resolve it, including data analysis, troubleshooting steps, and tools I'd use for root cause analysis. They were particularly interested in my ability to handle real-world reliability challenges and my approach to proactively identifying potential flaws in products before release. The final round with the director emphasized cross-functional collaboration and communication, assessing my ability to convey technical findings to both technical and non-technical teams effectively.

Interview process was Easy. Interviewer was free minded and taken my Interview very friendly. He asked about my family background and ask me why you choose this company, why you apply in this company, Why you like this company and technical and aptitude questions.
