The interview process was very transparent and encouraging. The founders took my interview and were pretty cool. They were nice to me even when I was confused with lots of questions. I was asked to select my own interview timings as per my availability, which was nice. Who does that! The guidelines for the technical task were very clear and they manually reviewed my code line by line. They provided me a detailed feedback - good and bad both. It was great. They didn't ask easy questions though but were giving me hints to direct me in the right direction. They said they were both progammers and asked very practical questions. This was my first experience answering questions like those and made me think quite a lot. They provided a detailed overview about their product and responded to all my questions. They didn't rush just to complete the interview. It was a great experience just in the interview. I wish I was hired. They asked me to work on my technical skills and reapply when I'm ready. Even their feedback email was very detailed and they even provided insights about how many people they interviewed and other stats. It was a pleasurable experience.
